Mainly located in Brighton,Bath,Cardiff, Edinbrugh, Alton, Bristol, Colder, Cork, Derbyshire, Essex, Wombourne in dorest, Galsgow, Yorkshire, Hastings, Cambridge, Repbulic of Ireland, Kent, Devon, Leeds, Lancaster and Manchester.

Why have they been created? They have been created to try and bridge the gap of the digital divide.

They serve the poor and the elderly, by trying to make wireless free internet avaliable amongst the city/town.
