Saving Money:If you complete these services on line the goverment save money because the government when we do the forms by hand they have to send them to us which means postal charges. With postal charges it means the post office has to have staff in which is costing money, as they need holiday and they have sick days. So the more people are need in the process as delivery will increase.
When we submit our form these will have to be entered in to a database by humans, whereas if we submit the forms online we are doing half the work as it is already on the system. Which cut's down on the administrative cost.

4. Online booking is a service that is not used to book lots as there aren't many services you can book from the site.
